If you have previous experience working 1:1 with pupils, this may be the role for you

*Behavior mentor in Hackney, East London Primary School
*£75-95 per day ( Depending on experience)
*Long term Behavior mentor role

*commutable distance from DLR and Overground line
*Behavior Mentor role to start immediately

THE SCHOOL
*A diverse popular school located in Hackney, East London
*The school is equipped with modern facilities, interactive whiteboards and high tech lab equipment in the science department to ensure teachers are able to deliver a high quality lesson on a daily basis.

The staff have a strong working bond with them all striving to achieve the same goal which is to push the schools Ofsted report to Outstanding.

You will have guidance from the senior leadership and SEND department to help guide you and give you CPD trainingso you're able to get the best from your student
WHAT WOULD A BEHAVIOR MENTOR BE DOING?

You will be assisting him with work in lessons, in any Extra curriculum activities and working alongside the classroom teacher.

THE BEHAVIOR MENTOR WILL NEED:
Previous experience is needed for this role.

You will need to be fully confident in how you speak and have the ability to give instructions with authority and empathy.

Knowledge on the KS2 UK curriculum is a must, and good forms of behaviour management strategiesthat you can implement would be a bonus
Any Applicant successful MUST have enhanced DBS ( on the update service)
Min 2 years with the UK Curriculum
SEN Experience working 1:1 In a school

Min 2:1 In a degree
