Commissions Analyst for our client based
Ascot.

Salary:
up to £32,000 per annum


The Role:


  • Calculation of the sales force commission amounts on a monthly basis and assist with the sending of Advisor Invoices
  • Support on commission enquiries from the salesforce and resolve where applicable
  • Align commission levels with business requirements and support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Analyse and support the development of business requirements for company commission model in the direct sales channel in line with the overall strategy of the company
  • Achieve crossdepartmental and crossfunctional alignment to adapt necessary changes
  • Independently identify and understand business issues using data from various sources and transform them into actionable solutions
  • Work closely with sales, finance and marketing to manage and optimise the commission system
  • Produce adhoc analyses in close cooperation with sales, finance and marketing
  • Lead small analytical projects
  • To assist with the calculation of the sales force commission amounts on a monthly basis and assist with the sending of Advisor Invoices
  • Data input for new and reinstating Advisors
  • Experience with reporting tools, preferably Tableau or later (Or Microsoft Power BI / Qlikview or other Data Visualisation Software equivalents) would be desirable
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly yet effectively would be beneficial
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking coupled with commercial understanding and creative problemsolving skills
  • Ability to link data to business strategies
  • Proactive, communicative, independent and assertive mindset
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English
