What is the day-to-day of the role:

  • Answering incoming calls from existing customers and dealing with these in the appropriate way.
  • Taking messages for other departments and ensure that they get the relevant information passed across.
  • Making outbound calls to customers to schedule in appointments.
  • Process all office paperwork and other administration tasks to support the office team.
  • Support with all other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
  • Creating purchase order

Required skills and qualifications:


  • Well organised and confident managing own diary
  • IT literate, with an ability to pick things up easily.
  • Hardworking and motivated
  • Able to work well on own accord as well as a part of a team.
