Urban Cooling Ltd are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to work closely with our Operations Manager, who in turn looks after and runs our installation teams.
You will be responsible for;-
- Carrying out video and site surveys using our internal software forms to capture information for the office to be able to issue quotations to our customers.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify upsell and crosssell opportunities.
- Organising and planning our installation teams diary
- Helping the Senior Surveyors Lead and manage a team of installation engineers
- Producing technical quotations for nonstandard installations
- Providing technical installation guidance and support to our installation technicians.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and addressing customer concerns.
You will be expected to get the following results.
- Complete customer onsite and video surveys relating to their proposed air conditioning installation
- Keep our installation engineers running efficiently by maintaining their electronic diaries
- Help maintain customer relations
You will need?
- To be confident with strangers in face to face site or video surveys (This is crucial)
- Effective communication skills and the ability to listen to customers' requirements.
- Experience in face to face selling an advantage.
- Proficient in zoom & other modern office and conference call software.
- 3 years experience in a practical job.
- Regular telephone user
- People person (ability to come across with confidence)
- Personally organised.
- Punctual and Timely
- Good understanding of computers and keeping software systems updated.
- Good understanding of computers and other cloud based software such as CRM's.
