Payroll & Pensions Manager

Location:

Salary:
£43k - £53k

Benefits package (35 days holiday + Bank Holidays)

Main Responsibilities:

Being responsible for leading the payroll and pensions processing operation for over 2600 employees.
To lead and develop the payroll and pensions teams including annual appraisals and relevant training.
Ensure that procedural documentation is complete and up to date.
Development and implementation of KPI's.

Skills and Experience:

Must ideally be CIPP qualified.
Experience dealing with multiple payroll and pensions quires.
Experience managing a team.
Have a proven track record in Payroll and Pension processing ideally having experience of TPS.
