Title:
Payroll & Pensions Manager
Location:
Liverpool
Salary:
£43k - £53k
Benefits package (35 days holiday + Bank Holidays)
Main Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for leading the payroll and pensions processing operation for over 2600 employees.
- To lead and develop the payroll and pensions teams including annual appraisals and relevant training.
- Ensure that procedural documentation is complete and up to date.
- Development and implementation of KPI's.
Skills and Experience:
- Must ideally be CIPP qualified.
- Experience dealing with multiple payroll and pensions quires.
- Experience managing a team.
- Have a proven track record in Payroll and Pension processing ideally having experience of TPS.
