Your new role


An opportunity has arisen for experienced
Customer Support Co-Ordinator to join the Customer service team on part time (
15 hours a week) and permanent basis.

This role is being offered on a hybrid basis which is a combination of working from home and attending the office.

As a member of our newly formed customer Support hub you will be supporting our senior leadership group.

You will also be responsible for supporting our elected Councillors with their enquiries ensuring they are responded to within agreed timescales.


  • Liaise with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements
  • Organising and attending meetings and provide general assistance to the team during meetings by taking meeting minutes
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
  • Producing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
  • Efficient filing and copying of documents
  • Ordering office supplies
What you'll need to succeed


To be successful in this role, you need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, with good keyboard skills.

A passion to exceed service expectations by being friendly, professional, collaborative, and responsive.

The ability to move around the different hubs within the service You will also be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.


It is vital that you have clear verbal, electronic, and written skills of communication as you will be liaising with variety of stakeholders across different levels.
