Purpose:


Key responsibilities to include:
(to be trained in the following disciplines)

  • Working towards and exceeding targets
  • Supporting on compliance spreadsheets and Audits
  • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment procedures;
  • To support payroll by ensuring accurate timesheets are submitted on time
- pay and charges are accurately uploaded onto the necessary systems

  • To proactively develop and maintain long term business relationships based on
  • Visiting clients to develop a thorough understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media
  • Supporting the business with on call out of hours, following a team rota.
  • To be an ambassador for the brand at all times

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
