The Governors and Headteacher of Kells Lane Primary School are seeking to appoint two experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants from September 2023.


You will be required to support teachers with resources, planning and creating a highly stimulating learning environment which provides rich, varied and imaginative experiences.

This will be achieved through 1:1 and small group work and by providing in-class support.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

  • High expectations of children's learning and behaviour
  • Excellent classroom practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour
  • Promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils within the classroom
