Description

Our client has a requirement for a Campaign Planner to join their team.

Campaign Planner will be a member of the Operations Team reporting to the Integrated Activity team Lead.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Consistent approach and use of systems in the planning and monitoring progress of campaigns
Consolidation of activity readiness data form all functions
Timely production and update of campaign plans reflecting each functions input
Timely submission of campaign activities for integration in IAP plans
Preparation and facilitation of campaign meetings
Production and distribution of all materials plans, POB histogram, and action trackers prior to meeting
Facilitation of camping planning meetings follow up cation and plan updates
Process compliance and campaign performance tracking
Production and distribution of campaign KPIs trackers with relevant stakeholders
Develop and share Campaign Plans
Consolidate activity information from all functions into campaign draft plans
Prepare and manage campaign readiness tool
Liaise with campaign team and JO's to group/sequence activities
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts by working with Campaign Coordinator, Maintenance Planner and functions
Prepare materials and support facilitation of campaign meetings
Create and prepare scenarios to support arbitration during campaign meetings
Issue plans and actions to relevant stakeholders
Record action updates, new actions and key decision
Ensure planning meetings and all stakeholders adhere to Campaign process
Challenge nonconforming activities both in planning meeting and in Campaign tool
