Exciting opportunity for an experienced FOH member to join a cafe/bar in Ancoats

Mule_
is a beautifully designed cafe/bar in the heart of Ancoats, serving coffee and brunch by day and then turning into _
LUCKY Ramen & Sushi_
at night. It has a welcoming, relaxed style, with a heavy focus on friendly and engaging customer service.

As part of a small FOH team, you will play a key role across all aspects, including serving customers & table service as well as making drinks at a high standard. You should also be able to maintain an organised and tidy work area at all times.
