Credit Control position with a very successful business based in Stoke. The role will pay a salary up to £24,000 depending on level of experience

Client Details
Page Personnel are working with a diverse and growing healthcare business based in Stoke. They have an opening for an experienced Credit Controller to join their Finance team.

Description

Credit Controller responsibilities include:

Reviewing customer account balances and prompting them for payment
Raising issues re problem accounts with the wider Credit Control team.
Resolving queries raised on invoices by liaising with the client and portfolio directors
Taking client payments
Issuing statements and copy invoices
Proactively providing an overview on aged account balances across all debtor portfolios
Negotiating repayments in line with policies and monitoring fulfilment of promises
Answer incoming calls for the business, providing information, transferring calls and taking messages

Profile

Experience working within Credit Control
Desirable
Ability to work well alone or as part of a team
Required
Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts
Desirable
IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office package
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Required
