Our reputable client based in Birmingham are looking to hire an experienced administration assistant to join their Real Estate department and be a part of their growing business.


To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn

Within this position, you'll be:


  • Organising and maintaining electronic filing systems
  • Recording and monitoring deadlines
  • Preparing and editing correspondence
  • Processing and distributing documents effectively
  • Planning and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Photocopying, scanning, faxing, and printing
  • Managing expenses
  • Assisting team with administrative duties
**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £26,000

Working hours are Monday - Friday
