**Financial Accountant - Fareham- £50K**

This global manufacturing powerhouse of an organisation has been leading their industry in size, scope, innovation, and employee satisfaction for more than 40 years.
You'll be joining an experienced finance team with your primary objective being preparation of financial reporting for your assigned global markets.
Ideally coming from a large / SSC setup you'll need to use your knowledge of USGAAP & SOX to be the mainpoint of contact for all market related financial reporting and audit queries.
Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring a solid, efficient, and compliant Financial Reporting framework, to support the integrity of our corporate submissions, which aligns with US GAAP & our internal control environment
- Delivering a 'customer centric focus' demonstrated by strong & collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with local market finance, ensuring all rebates and customer incentives appropriately reported in financial submission
- Prepare month end revenue reconciliation process and load final revenue into EPM via Webforms
- Responsible for Quarterly Revenue recognition and cut off adjustments
- Raise the appropriate accounting entries for rebate accruals & revenue returns provisions
- Responsible for the completion of the department operating expenses for local market
- Work with local market finance to ensure sales teams incentives and marketing activities are accurately reflected
- Prepare monthly reporting and analysis of spend and lead meetings to review final monthly position with local market
- Lead month end review of financial results with local market to ensure accurately reflects current month activities
- Prepare the Financial Reporting information for Corporate, including relevant variance commentary
- Ensure Financial reporting in line with US GAAP, the internal control framework and Corporate Policies
- Working closely with Internal/External Audit to support SOX, location reviews and yearend Integrated
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3+ years post qualified experience
- Ideally, experience of working in a multicultural, international Finance Shared Service Centre role
