Description

• Serving customers, handling food items and assisting customers in choosing their items through exceptional customer service.
• Operating an espresso machine to prepare speciality coffee.
• Operating a state of the art milkshake machine to prepare signature shakes.
• Operating delivery partner systems and dealing with delivery drivers.
• Carry out regular cleaming duties to keep our stores to the besy possible level of hygiene and updating health and safety records such as cleaning records.
• Provide cover for other team members as required.

• Must be willing to learn, take instructions & work under own iniative supporting other team members
• Friendly, engaging personality, good communication skills and must work well under pressure.
• Keen interest in bakery products, milkshakes and coffee.
• Knowledge of till operation and cash handling desirable
• Excellent standard of personal presentation, smart appearance and articulate.
• Food hygiene qualifications advantageous but not essential.
• Barista experience desirable but not essential.
• Be responsible, honest and reliable.
• Good time management
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proactive
• Must be able to work flexible days/hours including weekends to suit business needs.
