We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Palletways Team


MCL Logistics is experiencing an extended period of growth as a result of our continued business success and growth through acquisition.


  • About The Role:
Acting as first point of contact for customers

  • Inputting collections on to our in house planning system
  • Completing a daily handover
  • General admin
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and pod scanning
  • Accurate input and monitoring of KPIs
  • Acting as a contact between our customers and delivery depots
  • Any other adhoc duties required by the traffic office
  • Keeping in regular contact with customers
The customer service advisor will require the following skills:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Computer literate with Microsoft office
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure
  • Be flexible with working hours due to the nature of the role
  • Experience of working within a pallet network
  • Experience working within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
