Work in a lead role to transform the capabilities of data within an innovative green non-profit


THE COMPANY
UK non profit focussed on providing green solutions and giving open space to allow for education and growth of green land


THE ROLE
As the Insights and Analytics Manager your focus will be to aid the company in providing insights on the customer and campaign analytics, specifically you will:

  • Lead a small team in the growth of the data capabilities of the organisation using tools such as SQL, Azure and PowerBI
  • Focus on finding insights into the customers and users if the organisation, how can you interact and change their experiences to heighten funds and increase users
  • Work with senior leads of the business to use data more effectively in the organisation and help to develop models and automated reports

YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong SQL to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
  • Experience working across different teams pulling data from a wide range of sources
  • Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
