Description

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Reward:
£25,000 per annum + commission

Duties will include:


  • Manage administration of the contract renewal process
  • Proactively contacting and quoting customers in advance of expiry dates
  • Ensure proposal log is updated regularly
  • Generate your own leads
  • Contact customers as their warranty expires and using initiative to follow up opportunities with companies not on our database
  • Accurate data entry of contract information

Skills and Experience Required:


  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Telephone sales experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Competent at prioritising workload to achieve deadlines, financial targets and KPIs
