    Description

    We are seeking a Mechatronics Engineer with a deep understanding of industrial systems, encompassing mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software design principles. This individual will be part of an R&D business with in-house manufacturing capabilities, focusing on the development of innovative products for global clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and transition new or modified products and processes into production, adhering to company procedures.
    • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support RD&D department work.
    • Prepare project proposals, including resource scheduling and costing.
    • Liaise with suppliers and lead development programmes.
    • Support design, development, and testing of electronic instrumentation.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechatronics Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering.
    • Experience in mechatronic product design.
    • Electronic design skills with 3D CAD experience.
    • Understanding of Project Management principles.
    • New Product Development (NPD) experience.

    The ideal candidate should have practical engineering skills and good workshop practice.

    Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
