Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger
Location - Blackburn
Salary - £25,000-£28,000
Simpson Judge are working with a leading entertainment service business, with offices based in Blackburn. This is a permanent opportunity with a well-established and growing company, with free onsite parking.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily Bank reconciliation
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Processing invoices
  • Allocating payments
  • Fixed asset register
  • Accruals
  • Prepayments
  • Line by line cost analysis
  • Other accounting duties

Experience/Skills required:

  • Good analytical skills and high levels of accuracy
  • AAT Level 2 qualified
  • Purchase Ledger
and/or Bookkeeper experience desired

  • Experience with Sage desired
  • Journal knowledge
