WHAT YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF


As an Inside Sales Agent, you process our incoming leads and sell our products and services to our home customers (B2C) within the UK.

You are on hand to answer all their questions regarding electric driving and spare no expense to make them join our network of electric drivers.

Your job is to advise them about what is required for their home charge point installation and the use of our own Shell Recharge card and app.

A lot of customers are new to the world of electric driving, so you make sure they have all the tools to get started.

You will have a keen eye for improving our products, services and processes.


Your core accountabilities are to...

  • Answer calls and be the friendly sales voice on the phone as our business card to the outside world
  • Process orders and manage pipleline using Salesforce
  • Assess home surveys and closely liaising with our installation partners
  • Ensure that your customer's home is ready for a charge point installation

  • Work very closely with your team and other departments within Shell Recharge Solutions to quickly resolve issues

Have experience of

  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience

Be skilled at

  • Educating our customers through strong written and verbal communication
  • Listening and understanding your customer's needs

Be...

  • A selfstarter by taking initiative and generating ideas
  • Eager to learn everything there is to know about our product and services
  • A team player, enjoys working with others and has a great team spirit

Have knowledge of

  • Salesforce or similar CRM tool
  • The electric vehicle (EV) and EV charging industry is a plus
