Description

As a
Customer Services Representative, you will work alongside our Business Development Managers to provide outstanding service to existing and new customers.


You will be a point of contact for advice on packaging solutions, general day-to-day queries, order processing, technical feedback, commercial information, and product quotations.

Our customers require regular follow-ups. You will assist in overseeing new projects from initial enquiry to delivery of finished product. We will provide the training you will need to meet these requirements.


You will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments regularly to ensure that, as a team, we provide excellent customer service, meet customers' expectations and achieve Spectra's company goals.

There is also the opportunity for progression and development through training courses.


About you:

You are enthusiastic and energetic with a passion for customer service, embodying a positive, can-do attitude. You understand the value of building good relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers alike.

You are organised and self-motivated, used to managing a diverse workload and with strong attention to detail.
