  • Conducting National Referral Mechanism interviews (NRM interviews) with potential victims of trafficking and supporting wellbeing of those who are survivors of trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
  • Christian Chaplaincy within a Prison context.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Take a lead role in a specialist outreach programme delivering a highquality support service, which promotes client choice and control and ensures clients receive holistic nonjudgemental safety support, make positive life choices and achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Manage a case load ensuring each client receives services appropriate to their individual needs, empowers them and ensures their wellbeing and safety.
  • Establish and maintain effective liaison with other agencies, including, the children Centres, GP's, health visitors and other health services, education, Social Services and other statutory and voluntary agencies to help ensure service users receive coordinated help and support.
  • Provide Christian support through discipleship, prayer and conversation if requested at all times in 1:1 and outreach sessions.
  • Be part of a team; work within and comply with all policies, procedures and statutory requirements relevant The Salvation Army, including Missional Journal; and Undertake housing management functions as needed at the Outreach centre. This includes all aspects of health and safety.
