Cafe & Corporate Catering business requires an experienced supervisor/assistant manager to help run a busy cafe and corporate catering business.

This is a hands on role assisting the business owner with the running of the business.

• Ability to liaise with both kitchen & front of house staff with the daily/weekly running of the business.
• Ability to manage existing staff during business owner absence.
• Ability and willingness to manage, organise and coordinate the daily running of the business in the absence of the owner (annual holiday)
• Maintaining the health & safety standards and records.
• Responsibility for managing staff annual leave records.
• Willingness and ability to be flexible in start and finish times as required, due to corporate events.
• To assist staff in providing the highest standard of cooking and service in all catering areas.
• On occasions to make deliveries to customers using company vechicle.
• To work to menus and recipes.
• To take delivery and store food items, with stock control awareness.
• To complete temperature checks as required.
• To comply with portion control as per menus and record all waste.
• Assist and oversee the cleaning duties as per cleaning requirements/specifications.
• Placing orders for supplies, daily and weekly.

Fast paced environment.

In addition a full drivers licence is required.


Salary:
£23,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
