Are you a flexible team player with a passion for working with young people, including those presenting with mental health and complex needs?


We are recruiting a Support Officer to join the Dewis team supporting young people across our portfolio of Housing Related Support in Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend.


The focus of the role is to directly support young people to enable them to manage their tenancy and gain independent living skills.

You must be approachable, able to prioritise, manage a caseload and work positively with our partners.


You will work across all our services and demonstrate a commitment to achieving successful outcomes including transition and move on for the young people we support in line with our organisational values.

On call is a requirement of the job role.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,507.00 per year
