Das ist Ihre Rolle bei uns

  • The mission of the Credit Controller (Temporary 6 months) is to look after the Sales Ledger function daily. Ensure month end processes are performed timely and accurately, control debts, making sure overdue are collected within a timely manner, monitor credit limits and control credit risk (using Credit Safe).
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Managing cashbook, with accurate receipt allocation
  • Creation of new customer accounts using inhouse accounting software
  • Processing customer refunds and account reconciliations
  • Managing customer invoicing platforms selfbilling, consignment stock, etc
  • Liaising with other internal and external sales departments to ensure accuracy of customer accounts
  • External reporting, eg EU Sales, Intrastat
  • Manage debt collection using appropriate methods
  • Some responsibilities for South African subsidiary sales ledger
  • Assist with other duties within the team when required
  • Develop and maintain sales ledger department policies
  • Adhoc office duties

Credit Control experience essential 3-5 years

Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

  • Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent in English and Maths._
