Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly successful manufacturing company on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre, who operate through a network of over 130 franchises.
Due to their continued growth and success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the company during a time of growth and would be the perfect role for someone with phone-based customer service experienceResponsibilities:
- Investigate, create and deliver innovative and forwardthinking solutions to customer concerns
- General administration and organisation of systems and tools used by Customer Care and wider colleagues/ network
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Answering inbound and making outbound calls to customers who have raised a concern, require a repair or further support.
The ideal person will have:
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills
