McElmeel Mobility Services Ltd are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator.

This position will be suited to someone with previous experience working within a busy administrative role / office environment, with the ability to prioritise workload, ability to work on own initiative and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, customers and Motability Operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing customer support and address enquiries or concerns promptly
  • Maintain and update customer records using crm system
  • Logistical planning, diary setting and schedule appointments
  • Ordering parts for vehicle repairs

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Full Time position

39 hour week

Monday to Thursday 9.00am-5.30pm, Friday 9.00am - 4.30pm
