We are seeking a Support Worker to work at care trusters limited in Essex.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the supervision of clients and their families
  • Provide support for clients who are experiencing crisis or distress
  • Complete documentation and maintain records for all services provided
  • Maintain positive relationships with the client population, coworkers, and other professionals as necessary
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other teamrelated activities
  • Attend staff meetings and trainings as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
