Job Type:
Full-Time, Long-Term Position; commencing immediately

Salary:
£90+ per day dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pastoral Mentor to join our team at a mainstream secondary school in Harrow.

The role will be a full-time, long-term position commencing immediately, and will continue until the end of the calendar year in the first instance.

As a Pastoral Mentor, you will be responsible for:

Providing one-to-one support to students who are experiencing a range of pastoral issues, including behavioural concerns, emotional distress, and academic difficulties.
Working closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement personalised support plans that address the unique needs of each student.

In addition to your professional qualifications and experience, you will be a confident and effective communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders.

You will be committed to the school's values and ethos, and will have a strong track record of working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for students.
