We have an exciting opportunity available within our Property Management team based within Aberdeen.

The role is predominately an administrative and call handling role which involves assisting the Property Managers with the management of an extensive residential property portfolio throughout North East Scotland.


KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:


You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent communication with both landlord and tenant as well as ensuring that landlords, tenants and contractors are all kept up to date.

Arranging for any maintenance required to ensure compliance with the "Repairing Standard" and arranging for any works required from the inventory to be completed and deal with any landlord and tenant issues arising there from.


Other key responsibilities may include:

  • Working to strict statutory deadlines ensuring properties comply with all critical health and safety requirements in accordance with the 'Repairing Standard', including electrical and safety regulations
  • Arrangement and coordination of works required from the Inventory to be completed and deal with any landlord and tenant issues arising there from. Assisting with the compiling of evidence required for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
  • Assist and support the Property Managers as and when necessary with other tasks including property visits, collecting keys etc
  • Identify and develop business opportunities leading to the expansion of the managed portfolio and expansion of the department
  • Assist with coordination of the subcontractor panel ensuring they meet predetermined KPI's in accordance with any SLA's in place
  • Identifying and developing other business opportunities for this or other departments within the firm including estate agency, legal, financial services, etc
