We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Administrator.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient support for both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include answering phones, providing first-line phone support, managing the inbox, and handling various queries. This role demands a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


What you will achieve:


  • Take ownership of the system inbox, allocating tasks to yourself and other team members within the same working day.
  • Answer firstline queries from internal and external sources ensuring 95% of calls are answered.
  • Perform ongoing system maintenance.
  • Act on queries within a 72 hour time frame.
  • Support account managers in extra works conversion.
  • Update client portals.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Assist with invoicing.

Who we are looking for:


  • Previous administrative and customer service experience in a fastpaced environment.
  • Good phone manner with experience in answering high volumes of calls.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Resilient and able to maintain a positive outlook under pressure.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with D365 is desirable
