Administrator required. Fast-growing Fintech, work from home with one day per week in London. Excellent opportunities for career progression.Are you the super organised and experienced administrator we are looking for to play a key role in our growing business?
Can you juggle multiple tasks at once and do you thrive in a busy and varied work environment?

- Diary management for the CEO and COO.
- Arranging internal and external meetings.
- Taking minutes.
- Arranging team events.
- Answering calls to the office number and relaying messages and getting to know our clients.
- Checking the post and distributing it.
- Other general administrative support.
- Working with HR and helping to onboard new colleagues.
- Carrying out fee checks across our platforms.
- Helping to draft paperwork and maintaining records and HMRC submissions.
- Maintaining registers.
- Monitoring IT equipment.
- Providing support with other Finance, HR and Compliance functions.

Essential Skills
- Experienced all round administrator any background considered.
- Methodical and impeccable organisational and administrative skills.

- Able to engage and communicate with people.
- Able to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Willing to get stuck in and embrace the variety of the role.
- Happy and setup to work from home and travel to London once a week, more often if needed.
