Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, resilient, flexible & positive Band 4 Team Leader to provide management of the Radiology Admin staff.

The post holder will make sure the office is covered efficiently. Maintain sickness, A/L, and do PDR'S. Keep up staff morale. As a part of the role you will cover all aspects of the admin role.

The post-holder will be expected to work without direct supervision, and have the ability to exercise significant initiative and independent judgement in managing diverse specialties, workloads & HR issues.

The post holder will also assist the Operational Manager and the Assistant Service Manager when needed
