The Role
Fintelligent are currently partnered with one of Manchester most exciting VC backed SaaS businesses. Our client is overseeing tremendous growth having recently established offices in the US.

This an excellent opportunity for an ambitious part qualified accountantto act as Finance Manager during a period of growth and transformation.

You will partner directly with the CFO across a variety of tasks including but not limited to, creating monthly board packs to investors, preparation of monthly accounts, forecasting andliaising with senior stakeholders.


Main Duties

  • Overseeing endtoend finance operations
  • Month and year end journals
  • Assisting with cashflow forecasting and budgeting
  • Provide support to CFO & FD
  • Business partnering with operations
  • Supporting M&A including onboarding of newly acquired businesses
  • Assisting the preparation of Board Packs
  • Month end processes including variance analysis
  • Audit preparation

Person Specification

  • Fully or Part Qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA), study support provided
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience with Accounting Software preferably Xero
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and proactive attitude
  • Fast learner and ability to grow independently
