An opportunity has arisen for a component Project Support Coordinator. The role will report to the Operations Support and Compliance Manager (OS&C).

The Project Support Coordinator will be a member of a team providing time critical In-Service-Support to Ultra Maritime customers, this support covers spares, repairs and Field Service Engineering.

The Project Support Coordinator will have a primary responsibility for managing a range of duties for a number of small value projects and general enquiries.

Duties include liaising with the company Supply Chain and Production departments on all matters regarding the completion of allocated projects to successful delivery to the customer, and liaising with internal departments on the status of their projects.

Key responsibilities- Progressing orders from initial request for quote to successful delivery to the customer for small value orders and minor projects- Progress chasing orders through the company to successful delivery- Support ISS department in the progression of major orders- Prepare dispatch paperwork for customer release and delivery- Producing management information for the OC&P department in support of Project Reviews- Other duties as needed or required by the demands of the OS&C Section

Personal attributes- Adaptable and flexible team worker with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products- Good written and oral communications- Basic knowledge of project management and logistics principles


Qualifications:


  • Educated to a minimum of 'A' level standard or equivalent or relevant experience in a similar design for manufacture or systems environment
  • APMP Qualified
  • Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) preferred
  • Full driving license required
