£18,600 - £19,600

We are recruiting for a highly motivated
Administratorto complement our fantastic Lettings Administration Centre team in
Cardiff.

The main purpose of this role is to provide a service which surpasses all customer expectations and be committed to achieving or exceeding your own, team and LAC targets.

Key responsibilities of an Administrator:

Manage a portfolio of branches and be responsible for all deals requested
Draft tenancy agreements and support branches by drafting and coordinating the initial tenancy documentation
Advise other departments, via deal sheet, such as Client Accounting and property management, of start of tenancy
Act as a conduit between the branch and the Lettings Support Centre
Ensure all correct documentation and monies are collected to ensure required safety checks are completed and landlord's accounts are balanced to enable release of funds.
Advise other departments such as Client Accounting and property management, of start and end of tenancy
Provide cover for colleagues in their absence in order that deadlines are met and service levels adhered to.
Carry out all administration post offer, relating to the tenancy to ensure smooth transaction and release the branch from administrative activity.
Ensure all correct documentation and monies are collected prior to release of keys to a property liaising with the branch as necessary.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Administrator:

Customer Service Skill

Excellent PC and related technology skills
Good analytical ability.
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Good communication skills
Excellent organisation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
