Temporary Long Term Hospitality Customer Services
January start
Hours - 35 hours a week predominantly Monday - Friday, with some weekend, bank holiday and out of hours cover required
Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days Working from home) once trained, working in a busy Customer Services Department

Starting 8th January based in Edgbaston with free parking.
Taking calls and written correspondence and helping out the client with their query in a calm empathetic way with regards to the clients experiences in the Hospitality and Customer Services area
Resolving any issues and providing first class customer care written and spoken using Zen desk
- training given.
Full training will be given and you must have good IT skills including letter writing and live chat.
You will need to have good Wi-Fi at home as it will be working from home for two days per week lap top provided.
The team are amazing, the most lovely client to work for, the offices are high tech ultra-modern and they make everyone welcome and integrate into the team as their team.
