Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be a vital part of our customer service team.

You will interact with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements:


  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
From £24,744.32 per year
