    Chef Apprenticeship

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Become a champion of brand standards by maintaining exceptional quality and consistency in every dish prepared
    2. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure efficiency and safety
    3. Prepare everything needed before a busy shift to minimize stress and maximize productivity
    4. Cook to specification and work with recipes to deliver exceptional results

    No prior experience is necessary as we can teach you everything. If you are willing to learn and take pride in working with us, we can show you what it takes to become a vital team member in any kitchen.

    You'll be employed full-time in the kitchen under the supervision of passionate chefs alongside your training. As part of this program, you will gain a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship and have the opportunity to support the running of our kitchens, creating amazing moments and ensuring quality never slips for our guests.

    Your Apprenticeship Benefits

    1. A mix of face-to-face and remote catch-ups every 4-6 weeks to track your progress and provide feedback
    2. A combination of on-the-job and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars, to develop your skills and knowledge
    3. Regular reviews every 12 weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager, and Lifetime Trainer to discuss progress and set goals
    4. Feedback sessions to discuss progress and areas for improvement
    5. Obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don't already have GCSE)
    6. 30 hours paid work every week
