A boutique Investment House based in Edinburgh is looking to hire a Client Services Administrator to join their Investment Management team.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all work agreed with the clients is delivered and accounted for, as youwill work to guarantee that every client is provided with excellent continuity and completeness of service.


Duties of the Client Services Executive to include:

  • Providing administrative support to Financial Planners. This will involve scheduling Annual Reviews as they fall due, managing workloads and coordinating their work with Financial Planner Advisors to ensure the optimum delivery of services to clients.
  • Maintaining client records and internal CRM systems
  • Proactively engaging with clients to help them get up to date with matters in hand
  • Support relationship with Investment Managers, clients and external providers.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or team support role essential. Financial services / financial planning experience would be highly beneficial.
  • Personable and professional with strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office packages.
