Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a commitment to supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are currently seeking a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our client's educational team in Warrington.

This position, starting in January 2024 on an ongoing temporary basis, provides a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the educational journey of students with diverse learning needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with teachers to provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs.
  • Offer individualized assistance to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with the teaching team to implement personalized learning plans and accommodations.
  • Assist in the development and organization of resources to support students with SEN.
  • Contribute to the implementation of behavior management strategies to ensure a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a Special Educational Needs setting is advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for supporting the educational and developmental needs of students with SEN.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of diverse learning styles.
  • Adaptability to the dynamic and unique needs of students with diverse learning needs.
  • Enhanced DBS check and other necessary clearances.
  • Ability to prove your Right to Work in the UK.
