Otter Homecare is dedicated to providing high-quality, bespoke care services to people living throughout Wiltshire and Somerset.
From our office in Trowbridge we are currently providing private homecare services to a number of clients in the surrounding areas.
We are looking for a Care Coordinator (full or part time role) to join our expanding team.
Pay Rates:
£12.50ph
Hours:
Office hours are 08:30 - 17:00 hrs, Monday to Friday though the work hours can be flexible depending on your preferred availability.
Are you an experienced Care Coordinator or Care Assistant looking for a new and exciting career step with a forward-thinking company?Duties of the Care Coordinator include:
- Being the first point of contact for clients and care assistants
- Answering incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Coordinating care packages to ensure all customer visits are sufficiently covered
- Creating and maintaining rotas using our rostering system
Care Coordinator Requirements:
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience in care coordinating
- Driving license with own car
- Willingness to be part of the oncall rota
- Available to support with some client care visits as required
