Requirements of our Linen Porter:
- Assist to ensure good communication of information between the font office, reservations and the housekeeping team
- To ensure all bedrooms and public rooms within the hotel are presented and maintained to the highest standard
- To be responsible for correct storage of all linen and deal with sending and returning of linen to the agreed linen company
- Help with all contractual work e.g. carpet cleaning, laundry etc. in liaison with Head Housekeeper/Assistant Head Housekeeper
- To ensure all housekeeping orders/delivery notes etc. are dealt with in the correct manner following company procedures
