_BCHC offer an attractive Recruitment & Retention Premia f __or health visiting based on an additional payment for colleagues in Band 6 and Band 7 posts. It will be accompanied by a commitment to fund any reasonable request for continuing professional development during the year. BCHC also support practitioners who have been out of practice for a while, and offer a Return to Practice framework, all of the above can be discussed at interview.

There are development opportunities that support career progression within health visiting. We have a number of Band 7 posts that can be considered alongside either clinical or management development.
