Are you looking for a new challenge? Then you'll be interested in the exciting opportunities that have arisen to join the Trafford Home Based Treatment Team.

The Team consist of experienced multi disciplinary colleagues, including Nurses, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, O/T and Psychologist all working to a Recovery based approach.

You will have ongoing supervision with opportunities to develop via relevant training, appropriate to this role.

The role within the team will allow you to develop skills in both assessment and risk management.
