Supply Teaching Assistant roles offer flexibility with the option to work on either a day-to-day supply or long-term basis, which has an option to possibly lead to permanent placements.

We are on the lookout for passionate Teaching Assistants and LSA's withpassion to support children's learning and development.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will be working in different schools and must be able to provide them with the utmost services and cater to individual school needs.

This will be working with children1-to-1, in group activities or completing general tasks within the classroom to support the teacher.


The key skills of Supply Support Staff include:

  • Understanding and managing behaviours and possible occurrences in the setting.
  • Adaptability & flexibility to the individual school and child's requirements. Capability to adhere to each schools' individual behaviour policies
  • Knowledge and experience with the UK curriculum.
  • The ability to create an inviting and supportive environment to impact on teaching and learning.
  • You will need to be able to support the class teacher effectively.
