Position:
Customer Service Representative
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist customers with questions regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Provide accurate and friendly customer service by answering questions and answering customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by recognizing and responding to customers' needs, as needed.
- Take the initiative in communicating with management regarding customer concerns or questions.
- Assist in the training of new employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements:
Must possess excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to problem solve and analyze problems.
- Computer skills necessary for computer entry and retrieval of customer information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.

Salary:
£24,949.00-£27,856.00 per year
