Position:
Customer Service Representative

Core Duties & Responsibilities:


Assist customers with questions regarding products, pricing, and availability.

  • Provide accurate and friendly customer service by answering questions and answering customer concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by recognizing and responding to customers' needs, as needed.
  • Take the initiative in communicating with management regarding customer concerns or questions.
  • Assist in the training of new employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:


Must possess excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze problems.
  • Computer skills necessary for computer entry and retrieval of customer information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,949.00-£27,856.00 per year
