FIXED TERM CONTRACT To assist the store Management Team in the delivery of the highest and most consistent standards of Customer Service to the Joules retail customer.

To support the store Management Team in maximising the profitability and productivity of the store. To train, develop and lead the store team to their full potential. To act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Joules brand and multi-channel business to our customers, through your team.

Customer ServiceTo set and promote clear and excellent standards of customer service within store, training the team to demonstrate the "extra mile" approach with customers and ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do.

To keep "Being Brilliant with our Customers" behaviors alive.
To assist in driving excellence in service within the team through product knowledge and brilliant selling skills.

To deliver the best standards of customer service on the high street, ensuring measures are in place for continuous improvement.

To ensure the accurate collection of Customer Data and store sales statistics.

SalesTo make commercial decisions in the absence of the store Management Team that maximise store sales and profit through delivering agreed retail objectives.

To market the store through knowledge of local events, competitor activities and the use of in store company promotions, identifying opportunities to grow the business and improve performance using KPIs.

TeamTo support the Store Manager in the recruitment, development, and motivation of the team to confidently deliver and optimise both individual and store performance.

Provide timely and continuous positive and constructive feedback.

Proactively assist in the development and the skills of all team members, recognising good performance, managing all performance and/or conduct issues through timely and constructive feedback and in line with the company Guiding Principles, and to act as a Role Model at all times for the store team.

To ensure self and the team have successfully completed all relevant training and assessments on the Learning portal.
