    Description

    Job Number: R0223120
    Intelligence Collection Manager, Senior

    The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and mission-focused Collection Manager (CM) to join a multi-disciplinary intelligence production team supporting U.S. defense and national security objectives. As the team's primary collection strategist, you will work alongside PAI analysts, technical editors, and data specialists to identify intelligence gaps, develop tailored collection strategies, and coordinate requirements across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD).

In this role, you will serve as the team's subject matter expert on collection management systems, platforms, and tradecraft—working directly with analysts to translate intelligence needs into actionable collection requirements. You will monitor and evaluate collection performance, identify gaps, and adjust requirements to ensure effective coverage of key mission areas. You'll provide input into the full intelligence lifecycle, from planning and prioritization to validation, feedback, and refinement of strategies based on operational effectiveness and analytic impact.

This is a high-impact role suited for a proactive collection manager who excels at interagency coordination, thrives under pressure, and is driven to enhance intelligence delivery through precision tasking and cross-domain awareness.

Join us. The world can't wait.

    You Have:

    • 5+ years of experience in collection management, requirements, operations, strategy, or capabilities
    • 2+ years of experience working with collection requirements management systems-of-record across at least three intelligence disciplines
    • Experience working with the national intelligence community and DoD Joint structure supporting a Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or Service Headquarters
    • Experience in briefing collection strategies and requirements to senior military or interagency leaders
    • Knowledge of collection systems, platforms, and databases
    • Knowledge of tools and platforms provided by the Defense Intelligence Enterprise for collection requirements
    • Ability to identify and adopt emerging tools and technologies
    • Ability to validate, submit, track, and refine collection requirements across agencies
    • TS/SCI clearance
    • Bachelor's degree

    Nice If You Have:

    • Experience evaluating collection performance using MOEs, MOPs, and qualitative feedback
    • Experience working with national SIGINT collection systems, processes, and tasking mechanisms
    • Experience with ISR synchronization tools or processes
    • Experience with Joint and Service ISR doctrine
    • Experience with AI/ML tools for tipping, queueing, or automating collection planning
    • Knowledge of national and commercial GEOINT tasking protocols and capabilities
    • Ability to build collection plans with analysts and conduct gap assessments
    • Possession of excellent organizational skills, including managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, and written and oral communication skills, including public speaking
    • Certified Collection Management Professional–Fundamental (CCMP-F) Certification
    • Graduate of a DoD or IC in-residence collection management course

    Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
