Service Coordinator to join our team.

This role is a full-time, permanent position and is based at our head office in Chandlers Ford.


About you

  • Key tasks will include:_
  • Coordinate a team of external engineers and account managing clients
  • Build trusted working relationships with Engineers and Clients
  • Prioritise and schedule breakdowns within agreed SLA's and KPI's
  • Respond to client enquiries efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate company records, recording RAM's and ensuring these are communicated to the attending Engineers
  • Proactively schedule and plan service and testing of site machines
  • Arrange Engineer site visits inline with skills matrix, ability and qualifications
  • Review and action all site visit reports by communicating with the attending engineer and client
  • Ensure all site visit reports are actioned and invoiced promptly.
  • Escalate issues to Service Coordination Manager and Engineering Manager wherever necessary
  • Ensure Service Kits are provided to clients, and emergency spares are sourced and ordered as required
  • To be considered for this role, you will need:_
  • Previous experience within a fast paced customer service or scheduling role is essential
  • The ability to multitask, manage workload and prioritise
  • Problem solving skills and be able to remain focused during challenging times
  • A flexible and positive approach
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
